Our Process and Pricing

  • Assessments

    Virtual - Free initial 15-20 minute project assessment to understand your goals, priorities, and timeline. Virtual walk-through preferred.

    In-person - 30 minute in-person assessments are $75 but deducted from your initial all-day session is booked.

    Pricing

    Certified organizer - $75 per hour. For maximum efficiency, particularly for larger jobs, we recommend our team of two certified Clutternut organizers

    Minimum project: Four hours with one certified organizer ($400).

    Organizational helpers - For larger jobs, $40 per hour for organizational helper to handle tasks such as breaking down boxes, assembling organization materials, furniture, light cleaning and other tasks.

    Premium service options: *Ask for quote.

    • Downsizing management - In addition to organizing, vendor management (packers, junk haulers, movers, etc.)

    • Procurement planning - Detailed procurement options for organization products and/or furniture to enhance your space, based on your budget.

    • Personal assistance - General errand running, light chores (no housekeeping) and help with appointment scheduling.

  • Services agreement -

    Deposit - A deposit of $400 is due upon receipt. This amount will be subtracted from the initial invoice.

    Payment is due after each organizing session. We accept cash, credit cards, checks and PayPal.

  • A finalized plan will be sent to you for your approval. This will include agreed upon goals, scope of work and timing.

    Project Scheduling

    We’ll work with your schedule, Monday - Saturday. *48 hours notice required to reschedule set organizing sessions. ($75 late reschedule fee)
